Free Guided Short Walks
Guildford Health Walks offer free friendly guided short walks. This summertime, come blue skies or rain come and join us.

Guildford Health Walks are circular, range in length from an hour to 90 minutes, and with the option to choose a different walk each weekday morning, you will have the opportunity to safely explore local areas, get outdoors, and meet new people.
“Walking can make you happy and keep you healthy!”
Importantly, all the walks are led by trained volunteer leaders that welcome all abilities. The walking is mainly easy, although be prepared to traverse the countryside’s traditional muddy parts, and on some of the walks a hill or two. All walks are conveniently located near car parks or most can be accessed
by bus routes. Afterwards there is always the opportunity to join others
for refreshments at the local cafe or pub. Well-behaved dogs on short
leads are welcome.
Being part of a walking group has many health benefits including:
- Promotes wellbeing
- Helps to keep you fit
- Balances the immune system
- Improves heart and lung function
- Reduces stress & enhances clarity
- Builds friendships
So come along on one or more of our walks and begin to reap the many rewards that walking with others in nature provides.
